Aloha! I’m Miss Keris and I’ve always loved little kids. Teaching is a passion of mine and I get joy from watching the children reach their goals and to see their facial expressions when they can finally do something on their own.
It is very rewarding seeing children use what I have taught them as they teach their siblings or friends what they have learned.
Children are our future, and if we can teach them how to do things the right way from a young age, they can have a wonderful life and create a better world for their children.

Hi, My name is Ayako, but you can call me Ako. I studied ECE at a University in Japan. My passion has always been working with children, and I feel truly happy to be here. The unique and inspiring curriculum at Kinder Kids excites me, and I can't wait to grow alongside the children, watch their development blossom, and create wonderful memories together.

Hi everyone! I’m Miss Mayumi.
I love teaching and watching children learn and grow. I really enjoy all the time I spend with them.
Children are so positive and curious and not only do I feel it is a privilege to teach them, but also I have the pleasure of learning from them.
I believe that Kinder Kids International School’s unique curriculum gives the children a great deal of opportunities in an environment that is both engaging and fun. I'm originally from Japan and I will be the Japanese and Music class teacher for the older children.

Aloha. I’m Ms, Izzy.
A few fun things about me, I like to bake, cook and draw and love expressing my creative side. I have been in the childcare field since I was 19 and have loved learning different styles of teaching and being able to apply all that I have learned along the way in order to help keiki learn and flourish. Being able to guide keiki has brought me so much joy as it amazes me to see them take what I’ve taught them and apply it. I look forward to working with you and your ohana.

Aloha! My name is Miss Jolina.
I’m excited and grateful to be a part of the Kinder Kids team. I have always enjoyed being around younger kids, helping them learn and making sure they’re being well taken care of. I love seeing growth in children, knowing that I have taken part in it because it’s a very rewarding feeling. Seeing children reach their goals and be so excited while also proud within themselves is what makes me happy. Teaching children certain things at a young age is very important for their future and for the future surrounding them.

Aloha, my name is Miss Dawn.
I’ve worked in play based preschool for many years and have 4 children. I’m super happy to be a part of Kinder Kids International Preschool because the curriculum is unique and amazing, not to mention super fun! Working with children is the most fulfilling and rewarding job. I enjoy working with families and I especially love seeing children smile everyday and their excitement when they complete a task. Preschool children are capable of learning so much and I look forward to help them grow.

Aloha! My name is Miss Alana and I’ve been studying childhood education since I’ve graduated high school. I am honored to be working at Kinder Kids to assist your children in this crucial phase of academic and emotional development, using the utmost understanding and support. I believe that as I help your children grow and learn, they will be helping me learn and grow as an educator and a human being. In my free time I love to play basketball, paint/draw and spend time with my family. I am elated to be a part of the Kinder Kids family and to get to know you and your children.

Aloha kākou, my name is Miss Brandi and I am so excited to be a part the Kinder Kids International Hawaii Kai team! I am from the Big Island of Hawai’i and in my free time I love spending time with family, friends and my dog. Some of my hobbies include spending time at the beach, doing arts and crafts such as resin art and shopping (mostly at target)! I’ve always loved working with children. Watching them grow and mature during their time in preschool is such a rewarding and exciting journey! The pure joy in the children’s faces when they accomplish something is a constant reminder of why I love teaching! Children are our future. “He keiki aloha nā mea kanu.”- Beloved children are the plants. Children are like plants, given the attention and care that is needed, they will grow!

Once I completed my teaching commitment through Americorps, I decided I'd like to find my perfect match in teaching. I’ve always had a passion for working with young children and helping them learn about and explore the world around them. It feels so rewarding to walk into a classroom and be greeted with big smiles and hugs! It’s very rewarding to see that the children are just as excited to learn as I am to help them.
